Location is perfect with stunning oceanfront views. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The sofa in our suite was uncomfortable and outdated. I had trouble with the key cards—stopped working at checkout. Happy hour options nearby are a nice touch. Overall pleasant stay but needs improvements.

Oceanfront views are stunning. The indoor pool is nice and clean. Maintenance responded quickly to our requests. Check-in was chaotic and the elevators were slow during peak times. happy hour offers some fun deals. Just keep in mind the kitchenettes are a bit poorly stocked. I’d stay again but would hope for better elevator access.

During my stay, I loved being just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants like Pierce's Pit Barbecue and Il Giardino Ristorante, all within minutes of the hotel, making it super convenient to grab a meal after a day of exploring, and the spacious rooms with separate living areas and kitchens added to the experience with comfortable vibes for relaxation and the ability to cook if desired; however, although the overall cleanliness was great, there were minor maintenance issues that could improve the experience even more.

The kitchenette was a highlight, well-stocked with pots, pans, and even paper towels. Coffee supplies were adequate, considering it was packaged. The room’s proximity to the outside hallway meant a little light intrusion, but overall, it was dark enough to sleep well. The spacious suite allowed for plenty of room to spread out. The ocean view from the living room window was delightful. the balcony was smaller than expected and some cleaning issues were noticeable.

The private balcony offers a stunning ocean view. The kitchenette is well-stocked with essentials and even a roll of paper towels.
The sofa bed was pretty gross with unclean sheets.

Location is outstanding. Steps from the boardwalk and beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. The oceanfront balcony is a pleasant perk. Rooms are decent for the price; spacious with a kitchenette, though we didn’t use it. The bed is uncomfortably hard and noise travels from the hallway. Service, however, leaves much to be desired. Front desk staff should prioritize hospitality; I encountered rudeness instead. Two roaches spotted in the room were alarming. Charging for parking is a hassle. It's essential for management to address these issues. Guests deserve respect and transparency.

I had such a frustrating experience with the staff. We arrived late due to accidents, and they gave our room away with no apology. The front desk lady was incredibly rude, which just added insult to injury.

I had a blast exploring all the military and sports history exhibits in town. The kids with disabilities playgrounds were a hit too!

The new features like the big refrigerator with a separate freezer and modern furniture were impressive. I was disappointed to find that the room lacked essential furniture such as a coffee table and end tables, making it challenging to place items while relaxing in the living room. The room was then changed to a handicap room, and although the staff at the front desk were accommodating, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors were dirty, there was mold in the shower, and the kitchen utensils and plates were not properly cleaned. the microwave still had food remnants inside, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning by the housekeeping staff. One positive aspect was the location of the hotel, which was excellent and away from the noisy parts of town. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, trying their best to assist guests despite the ongoing renovations and cleanliness issues. the overall experience was marred by various maintenance issues, including leaky faucets and dresser drawers that would not stay closed. The TV in the bedroom area was not working due to a cable box being unplugged, and maintenance had to be called in the afternoon to address the issue.

We were living for the 19 miles of hiking trails and those pulse-pounding roller coasters. The cabins were lit, and the direct access to the beach was straight fire!
If there was one thing we'd ask for, it's a lit night club or party spot on the property for us young party-goers! Let's turn up the fun factor a notch!

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the vast 19-mile hiking trails, biking routes, and relaxing picnic areas at the nearby Nature Park. The kids were thrilled with the boating ramp and the cozy cabins we stayed in – a perfect getaway!
My wife says that better soundproofing would be great for families.

the rooms were nice and very large, with a sitting room area and a kitchenette that could seat 4 people. the bed was comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was great. the indoor pool was a fun alternative when it rained, and the front desk provided helpful insights into local cuisine and entertainment.

Our stay at this beachfront gem was a delightful experience. The breakfast food was delicious, and the seating was comfortable. The cleanliness of the area was impeccable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The suite we stayed in was exceptionally clean and well-stocked, making us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The air conditioning worked great, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary toiletries provided, which exceeded our expectations. the hotel offered great amenities and a fantastic atmosphere that we would recommend to our friends and family.
Although our stay was wonderful, there was one minor issue. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and we had to wait for three hours.

the barclay towers hotel and resort was spotless! the location is perfect - right at the quieter - less crowded south end of atlantic ave. we enjoyed beautiful ocean views and the staff was so respectful. plus, our suite had a nice balcony, and my kids had their own space with the sofa bed.
